BUSN 250 - Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Marketing

Prerequisite: BUSN 150   Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the marketing industry. This course offers a comprehensive overview of AI technologies, along with hands-on experiences with AI tools and techniques in the field of marketing. It explores the role of AI in marketing and demonstrates how these technologies can enhance marketing outcomes. Topics will include: Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in marketing; introduction to chatbots and conversational AI; AI-generated content; imagery, audio, data visualization, and social media; and responsible and ethical AI marketing.
