Performance Technique:

Choose 8 credits of performance technique. Each of the following courses, with the exception of DANC 311, may be repeated no more than 3 times for credit. Dance majors are expected to take 1 credit of performance technique each semester.

• DANC 105 - Yoga CR: 1
• DANC 107 - Ballet Technique CR: 1
• DANC 109 - Jazz Dance Technique CR: 1
• DANC 211 - Contemporary Dance Technique CR: 1
• DANC 311 - Advanced Contemporary Dance Technique CR: 1

Choose one class:

• THTR 214 - Performance Lab CR: 3
• MUSC 109 - Introduction to Audio Production CR: 3
• MUSC 163 - Thinking Musically CR: 3

• Any ENCW class at the 200- or 300-level or any VART class except 377, 451, and 452.   Any ENCW or VART class must be three credits to qualify.
