CR: 1 Prerequisites: CHEM 231 and BIOL 112. Prerequisite or corequisite: CHEM 321. A laboratory course designed to complement CHEM 321. It will introduce the student to various biochemical laboratory techniques such as gel electrophoresis, PCR (polymerase chain reaction), and enzyme assays.
